How do I register My Faster PC?
My Faster PC should have automatically registered when you purchased it. If it did not register, just follow these steps.
Note: Start with Step 3 if My Faster PC is already installed.
2. Install My Faster PC
3. Open My Faster PC
4. Click the Settings Button
5. Enter Your Email Address: email@domain.com
6. Enter Your Registration Key: #### #### ####
7. Click "Submit"
Q. Where do I find my registration key?
You should have received your registration key on the confirmation page after your purchase. We also include your registration key in your email receipt. If you cannot find your registration key, you can contact customer support for assistance.
Q. It keeps asking me to register.
If you purchased My Faster PC and it's still asking you to register your software, it probably isn't registered. Just follow the steps on How do I register My Faster PC

Q. What is your return policy?
My Faster PC provides free trial of our software for you to evaluate. We also immediatly register your software once you place an order. Because of this, we maintain a strict no refund policy.
Q. How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team at least seven days prior to any anniversary date. Just inform them that you would like to cancel your subscription.
Q. I have a duplicate charge on my credit card.
We are happy to refund any duplicate purchases. If you have more than one charge from us, email us at Our customer service will email you back within three business days with a confirmation of your refund.

When will my Backup CD arrive?
Your Backup CD will arrive in about 4-6 weeks. Delivery times may be longer for international customers. Contact customer support if you CD does not arrive within six weeks.
Q. Help! I received a broken Backup CD.
We are happy to ship you a new disc free of charge. If you have received a broken disc, please email our support staff at Your replacement CD should arrive within a week. (US CUSTOMERS ONLY).

Directions for CD use are printed right on the CD sleeve. You should be able to just insert the Backup CD in your system and the installer will open automatically.
